We've introduced our new bot, Ruby, for your support. Our little helper can be found at the bottom right-hand corner on all of our private customer pages and is there to answer your questions about our products, services and FAQs. Ruby is still young and has a lot to learn. The more often you speak to him, the better he’ll learn to understand you – making it easier for him to answer your questions in the future.
