Application to block your account due to suspected fraud 

If you’ve noticed an unauthorized data manipulation or fraudulent transactions in your Fidor account, please contact our emergency hotline or send us an email immediately. 

You can contact our emergency account-blocking hotline from Monday to Friday from
08:00 am to 06:00 pm via +49 89 189085 454.

Emails that reach us in this way will be given preferential treatment - this can save you valuable time in the event of fraud.
