Kaltrina Begisholli // Munich

"I am responsible for talent management in Germany.

In the beginning of my career at Fidor I was a working student collaborating with the Customer Service and Social Media teams. I gained a great understanding of Fidor’s innovative offering and the company’ s agenda towards customer centricity.

Afterwards I joined the banking operations team, which was an eye opener to the skillset required to run a challenger bank from the ground up.

I further grew my career within the HR department until I became the Teamlead of Recruiting with the challenges of developing the company’s strategy to source the best talents and help Fidor thrive.

What I enjoy the most about Fidor is the international and inclusive culture we achieved."

"I studied cultural studies and humanities at the LMU in Munich and started in recruiting at a personnel service provider after my degree. I got deep insights into classic recruiting and supported numerous clients from the commercial sector in personnel selection. The next step in my career let me to Fidor's in-house recruiting team.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, I am responsible for end-to-end recruiting at Fidor. I advise and support the specialist departments in order to recruit the best talents for Fidor and act as an interface to the various service providers, job exchanges and educational institutions.

What I particularly like is that I gain insight into all areas of a digital bank and am in contact with many colleagues at all hierarchical levels.
